Behind The Brand

Choose To Become™ was born from the wreckage and the rising. After years of navigating trauma, grief, single motherhood, sobriety, and starting over (more than once), I stumbled across a quote by Carl Jung: “I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”

That line cracked something open in me. It wasn’t just a quote—it was permission. Permission to heal. To unlearn.
To let go of the version of me shaped by survival. I tattooed those words on my arm so I wouldn’t forget,
even on the days I wanted to.

Soon after, I wrote my book Choose To Become™. Then came the podcast, coaching, yoga, and a community of people doing the same: choosing again.

Not chasing perfection—but practicing presence. Not bypassing the hard—but meeting it with grace.
This brand is an extension of that journey. It's for anyone who’s been cracked open and is slowly piecing themselves back together with more intention than before.
